Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation/Refund/Return

All orders placed with BELLA BY EMMA are strictly final. Once payment has been made, we do not accept any requests for changes, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstances.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are strictly not allowed for non-footwear items

• Size exchanges are only applicable for footwear purchases. In the event that the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued strictly in the form of store credits
• Returns or exchanges are only permitted if you have received a wrong item or an item with a manufacturing defect. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns & Refund due to wrong or defective item sent

• All returned items must be in brand new and unused condition, in original packaging, and with the original care card included. 
• Products should not have been worn, altered, or have any visible defects which BELLA BY EMMA deem render the item unsuitable for resale.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected, and the customer will bear all costs required to have the item returned
• Replacement item will be shipped only upon receipt of the incorrect/defective item. In the situation where a replacement is not available, we will refund you the purchase price of the order item
• Please note that returns/exchanges/refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. BELLA BY EMMA reserves all rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns/exchanges/refund.

Non-defects

The following shall not be deemed as defects, including but not limited to:

• Slight uneven cutting or stitching
• Loose threads that do not affect functionality
• Creases or natural texture on materials
• Colour differences due to lighting or screen settings
• Dimension variations within 0.5cm
• Variations in prints, leather, or monogram alignment

Warranty

BELLA BY EMMA do not extend any warranties or guarantees of any kind for products sold, unless separately stated.
