Shipping Policy



Shipping and Processing Time

  • All orders are processed after payment is made.
  • All instock items are shipped out on the next working day (our operation hours are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays or otherwise stated)
  • Local delivery within Singapore takes 1-3 working days after shipment, and overseas shipment takes 3-30 working days depending on custom situation
  • During peak periods or sale events, processing and delivery times may be longer. Any updated timelines will be communicated on the product page or via our homepage announcement bar
  • BELLA BY EMMA is not responsible for any unexpected delivery delays due to circumstances like courier delays which are not within our control 
  • Orders with preorder/backorder items will only be shipped once the last preorder/backorder item has reached our warehouse
  • The estimated date of shipping for backorder products are subjected to changes due to unforeseen circumstances like changes in manufacturing timelines or shipment delays
  • Newly updated estimated date of shipping will be reflected duly on the website and/or in order status update emails sent to you.
  • For separate shipment of instock and preorder/backorder items within an order, an additional shipping fee of $4 is required

 

Self-collection

  • Self-collection is available at 10 Kaki Bukit Ave 4 strictly on an by-appointment only basis
  • Collection details will be sent via email once order is ready for self-collection

 

Overseas shipment

  • Overseas shipment takes 3-30 working days depending on destination and custom situation
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to customs processing, local courier handling, or unforeseen delays
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
  • Tracking availability may differ by country — in some cases, tracking may only be available until the parcel leaves Singapore
  • For shipments without full tracking, BELLA BY EMMA is not responsible for lost parcels
  • Any failed delivery, unclaimed parcels, or returns due to customs issues will require additional shipping fees for redelivery, to be borne by the customer
  • BELLA BY EMMA is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services
