What inspired the creation of Bella by Emma?
Bella by Emma was created with the idea of designing bags that fit seamlessly into everyday life. As a Singapore-based bag brand, we wanted to create versatile bags that women can carry from morning errands to evening plans without needing to switch bags. Our designs focus on practicality, lightweight materials, and thoughtful compartments so each bag supports the rhythm of daily life
What materials are used in BELLA BY EMMA bags?
Our bags are made using carefully selected materials such as water-resistant soft nylon, vegan leather, and durable interior linings like cotton canvas or nylon. These materials are chosen to keep our bags lightweight, practical, and comfortable for everyday use.
Are returns and exchanges of my purchases allowed?
We do not allow for returns and exchanges for bags.
For shoes, exchanges for sizes are available at our studio at 10 Kaki Bukit Ave 4. If required size is not available, we will provide a refund in store credits.
Are refunds of my purchases allowed?
We do not allow for refunds once an order is confirmed
Can I amend or cancel a confirmed order prior shipment?
All submitted orders are final and cannot be amended/cancelled.

When can I expect to receive my order if my order consist instocks and preorder/backorder products?
We will send out the products/notify you for self-collection as one package once the last preorder/backorder item is ready to be shipped.
Please note that in the event that you need the instocks to be delivered to you first, do let us know through the order note, email or DMs on our social media accounts. An additional delivery charge of $4 will be applicable. Alternatively, you may opt for free self collection.
I received an incorrect item! What should I do?

Please email us at support@bellabyemma.com within 7 days of receiving your item and allow us to get back to you within 2 working days. Do include in your email: your order number, a picture of the incorrect item received and a picture of the packing list so that the team can expedite the process.Please be assured that the team will aid you throughout the process after reaching out to us.

I received a defective item! What should I do?

I have a missing item from my parcel! What should I do?

Am I able to place bulk orders/corporate orders?

What are the shipping options available and their charges?
We currently offer FREE delivery for all Singapore orders. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
If you prefer to pick-it-up yourself, you can arrange for self-collection at our studio at 10 Kaki Bukit Ave 4. Date for self-collection will be further arranged once the order is ready for pick up. Self-collection is solely based on appointment basis.
Note that for deliveries to certain countries outside Singapore, tracking is provided up till the Singapore customs. For deliveries to some countries outside Singapore, no tracking is available. For overseas parcels without full tracking available, we will not be responsible for any lost parcels. Proof of delivery will be provided upon request.
How long does it take for my orders to be shipped out?
The order will be confirmed after payment is made. For instocks, the items will be shipped out the next working day. Upon shipment, the courier usually takes 1-3 working days to deliver. Do note that working days excludes the weekends and public holidays.
For preorder/backorders, the estimated waiting time will be informed duly.
For deliveries outside Singapore, shipping may take anytime from 3 -30 working days, depending on the destination country and custom situation at the point the parcel is in transit.
What are the payment modes available?
We accept payment by Debit / Credit card - VISA / Mastercard, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, ATOME, and local bank transfer via DBS PayNow or Paylah.
How long do I have to complete payment for my order?
Payment for order has to be made immediately upon checkout to constitute a successful order.
